Spinning Classes
DROP SPINDLE
with Linda Dean Thursdays, September 1 and 8 10 am – 1 pm The history of making yarns is a long one, but the basic approach is still the same. Instructor Linda Dean will teach you how to use a drop spindle to create your own yarn, and in doing so, learn what creates various structures of the yarn itself. Learn about fibers, drafting, twist and plying, and become more comfortable in your understanding about why some yarns are your favorites and what makes others more difficult to use. Class fee: $65 |

To reserve you place or check for availability, please stop by or call the store at (530) 642-2270. Full payment is necessary to hold your seat in the class. If minimum class size of three students is not met one week prior to the first class, all fees will be refunded and class will be canceled. None of the classes include supplies unless otherwise noted.
